  1. Hi there. I think you need to add one more think to your list, and it is convenience. For example, does the venue offer wi-fi Internet connection? If yes, can it hold multiple connections, enough for all the attendants in place? How about lighting options for the type of event you are looking for? Does it offer you any, or you will be in need of hiring a separate lighting team?

    In my opinion, speaking with the venue supplier about those options make an important part of the decision-making about hiring them or not.
